You can either search by cartridge or by printer model. Once you have found the cartridge you need you can easily follow the steps to purchasing your new cartridge. 2. Can I order by mail or fax? Yes, we accept orders by mail and fax. Instructions for off-line shopping are provided at Ordering. 3. Sales Tax Prices on the website do not include sales tax or any other customs duties, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. California residents will be charged sales tax, but all other such duties or taxes shall be paid by you, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide us with an appropriate tax exemption certificate. 4. What is the cost for Shipping? Shipping is very inexpensive. Your shipping cost will be $4.95. As a limited introductory offer any purchase greater than $49 will be shipped FREE of charge! 5. Will you ship to international locations? International orders will not be processed, except for Canada. 6. Which credit cards do you accept? We using PayPal, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover and electronic checks. 7. If I buy a cartridge from you will it void the warranty on my printer? Compatible replacement cartridges and supplies do not void Printer Warranty, which is proven by the following US Congress Legislation. back to FAQ Links After Ordering 1. What do I do if I order the wrong cartridge? If you order the wrong cartridge email us immediately to cancel the order. You can email us at design@acotelcom.com Please note that all orders are shipped at 4:30 pm PST. We will be unable to cancel your order if you email us after 4:30 pm PST. 2. Is it possible to cancel my order? If you want to cancel an order you may do so by emailing us at design@acotelcom.com Please type "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. How can I return an item? Please review our Return Policy. 2. How can I exchange an item? For speed and simplicity, please place a new order for the items you would like and return the items you would like refunded. Please request an RMA and once we receive the returned item your refund will be processed. To receive a replacement, simply place a new order for the item you desire. back to FAQ Links Refund Returns 1. What is the procedure for a refund? Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made. A check will be issued if paid by money order or check. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card provided on record for that specific order. back to FAQ Links Products 1. What does OEM stand for? OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." OEM's such as Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark are the companies that produce your inkjet printer as well as cartridges that are used in them. We offer both OEM name brand and non OEM name brand products. Because many of our products do not carry the OEM name, we can offer them to you at a lesser cost. Our non OEM name brand products utilize the same printer specific ink as the OEM name brands. 2. Do you offer OEM products? Yes, we offer OEM name brand products as well as non OEM, compatible and remanufactured products. 3. What are compatible cartridges? Compatible cartridges are specifically manufactured to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing results. Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printer's warranty. 4. What does professionally remanufactured mean? Professionally remanufactured cartridges have been recylced to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. The recycling and remanufacturing process involves inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, replacing worn out parts, reassembling, and refilling the toner or ink. Once the process is complete, the cartridge is then tested, sealed, and ready to be sold. 5. Do you guarantee all your cartridges?
